Information on COVID-19

COVID-19 is affecting all of us. The developments so far make it uncertain whether we can have the River Flow 2020 conference according to the original plan. In addition to the possibility of having the conference ‘as usual’, we are considering web-based alternatives which can be attractive, flexible and safe. At this moment we are sorting out the most realistic options and their implications. Naturally, registration fees and (virtual) attendance will be adapted to the final form chosen. We already postponed the early bird registration to May 31st, but expect to have a decision well before that date. In any case, the conference proceedings will be published. We would therefore like to encourage those who did not finalize the revised paper to do that before 22nd March.
Thanks for your understanding and good luck in dealing with the difficult situation we are all in.

Best wishes and stay safe, on behalf of the LOC River Flow 2020

Historical Delft awaits you

Delft is a place you will easily fall in love with. This charming city is the birthplace of the oldest and largest Dutch technological university and the stage of innumerous historical events.
Delft is a serene location between the vibrant cities of Rotterdam (15 minutes), Den Haag (20 minutes) and Amsterdam (50 minutes), by tram, train, bus and, of course, by bike.

The Conferences will be held at the Aula Congress Centre/Auditorium on the campus of TU Delft, at walking/cycling distance from the center of Delft and the train station. In the historical city center you will find a unique cultural atmosphere, diverse shopping opportunities as well as lovely cafés and cozy restaurants. Canals and bridges that crisscross Delft give the town a unique romantic flair. We look forward to welcoming you in Delft!

Several parking spaces are available on campus and in the neighbourhood. However it is limited. Come on time if you want to secure a spot!
